Taken at the Battle of Perryville Ky Oct 8th 1862 by C.M. Alderman Co K 105th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Was 18 yrs old.

That’s my great-great grandfather, Cassius Marcellus. Do you have this canteen?

  I don’t believe I responded to this. I took a break from building this website. I do own this canteen. I bought it 2 1/2 years ago from a Civil War antiques dealer in Ohio.
